Applying best practices in UX and UI and mobile first design for accessibility and maximum usability and conversions.Templates and Canva: Take branding and Figma design libraries to build out marketing templates and create mini Canva design systems for use by others.Brand Application & Consistency: Take newly developed brand assets and systems to create digital marketing assets and properties. Ensure that all marketing design assets align with our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual design, typography, color schemes, and overall brand aesthetics.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design solutions with strategic objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist with the creation and iteration of design elements for A/B testing, ensuring optimization of landing pages, emails, and ads to improve engagement and conversion rates.Analytics-Driven Design: Collaborate with the data and marketing teams to analyze user data and insights, using this feedback to inform design iterations and improvements.Market Research: Stay informed on current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and product design to keep our designs fresh, innovative, and competitive.Cross-Platform Design: Ensure designs are optimized for multiple devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones, providing a consistent experience across all channels.Minimum Required Qualifications :Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX / UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design work in digital marketing, e-learning, or a related field.Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Canva.Understanding of UX / UI: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive web and mobile designs.Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects, ideally including marketing or educational web design, landing pages, and digital ads, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills and experience working within cross-functional teams (marketing, development, product, etc.) Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
