This position requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.Responsibilities:Create compelling designs and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design decisions to cross-functional teams.Own, update, and maintain the team's multi-theme/brand design system within Figma.Deliver high-quality production designs while developing and maintaining efficient systems for managing static assets, videos, and translation processes.Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features launch at the highest quality.Proactively report progress on projects and maintain open communication with stakeholders.Must-Have Qualifications:A portfolio showcasing UI, interaction, and visual design skills (Portfolio Links must be included at the top of all resumes).Proven experience designing with Figma, specifically for mobile devices.Experience maintaining complex design systems in Figma.Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes, demonstrating user flows and interactions.Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving design trends.5-6 years of relevant experienceNice-to-Have Qualifications:Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).Experience with 3D design.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.83 to $102.04 an hour.
