Incredible opportunity to be part of an in-house architectural design firm working for a real estate developer. Projects primarily consist of commercial real-estate development in NJ, NY, and PA. We seek architects with 3/5 years of architectural experience. We are creating and building a team to handle the workflow, phases of projects, and support staff. Our projects vary in size and complexity, warehouse, industrial office space, residential and mixed-use developments. The position would entail preparation of architectural design and construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, correcting and updating drawings, and preparing design presentations including renderings and related design graphics.
