Garrett Singer Architecture + Design is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and technically proficient Architect/Project Manager with demonstrated capabilities in design and production. Garrett Singer Architecture & Design is one of the leading full-service restaurant design firms in the NYC area, creating spaces for many popular roll out concepts to high end dining for over 20 years. Recent project work includes both new and repeat clientele opening multiple locations throughout the country and beyond, including Boston, Philadelphia, Delray Beach, Miami and Cayman Islands. This position offers a unique hands-on experience working on exciting and creative concepts. Responsibilities include: • Design and production of project documents through all phases of a project from pre-design through construction administration.
