Development of Conceptual Design studies as well as Construction Documents for a wide range of project types from commercial to community to residential. Work under firm Principal and/or Project Architect for development of working drawings for bidding, permitting & construction for a variety of project types ranging from small to large scale projects. Experience in Revit, Autocad and in producing quality construction documents Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture A team oriented collaborator with ego in-check Creative problem solver with good design skills Good Communicator Ability to manage time and work flow on several concurrent projects An interest in sustainable design and community oriented projects Preferred Skills: Good graphic & communication skills Ability to perform research on a variety of topics of ranging from building typology, programming, ecology and materials.
