Duties: - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather project requirements and develop design concepts - Create architectural designs and drawings using software such as ArchiCAD, CAD, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit - Utilize Grasshopper for parametric design and optimization - Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects - Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain necessary materials and equipment for projects - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field - Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role - Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, CAD, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit - Strong graphic design skills to effectively communicate design concepts - Knowledge of mechanical design principles and building codes/regulations - Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
