We are a full service engineering & design studio that is looking for a revit coordinator for our group in San Francisco. This position is a key member of the design staff and you will be working directly with the principal and with clients. It currently is offered currently as a part time position but with a view to becoming a full time position at which point full benefits offered ONE Design including 401k, can be obtained. Job Duties: · Ability to work as a lead designer and project coordinator · Work directly with clients to understand their needs and constraints · Understanding of construction drawings, standards and graphics, & design codes · Ability to manage Revit production for a wide variety of projects · Prepare Revit models from CAD files and also be able to take measurements to prepare models directly from field measurements · An understanding of the planning and permitting process is preferred Job Requirements: · A high standard of Revit expertise (2 years minimum) to create construction drawings and details · Strong communication skills this role will require a lot of coordination with team members and clients. · A high level of AutoCAD and extremely strong Revit skills will only be considered · The ideal candidate also has a background in working with existing and proposed topographies in revit.
