Currently we are seeking a skilled architectural designer/drafter (Full time/Part time) with experience doing the mid-size multi & single family residential and mixed-use commercial projects. • A proficiency with AutoCAD / Revit (BIM), Sketch-Up / Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite / Publisher software, and strong 3D graphic skills. • An ability to generate design ideas quickly and communicate them effectively with contractors, clients, and teammates. Job responsibilities: • Doing all design works from conceptual to construction documents including working drawings. • Creating and coordinating full submittal permit set including design drawings and all related documents to different jurisdictions in the region.
