The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational, business and proposal graphics skills; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position supports offices across the country and can be located anywhere within the United States. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design (preferred within the A/E/C industry, though not required) Minimum Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field (In lieu of education, 2 years of relevant experience) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint Proficient in converting large amounts of data or information into visual illustrations with guidance from senior staff Understanding of typography, spacing (including use of white space), and visual hierarchy Great verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, editing, and proofreading skills Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible Openness and responsiveness to feedback, and ability to make timely revisions Ability to work and manage projects both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, technical managers, and project staff Excellent time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently We’re not currently looking to add any more agencies to our list of approved vendors, so please do not contact any of our managers or recruitment team with sales calls or details of your candidates.
