Bindery Operator — Commercial Printing Arkansas Graphics is hiring a Bindery Operator for our fast-paced, quality-driven print shop. We're looking for a self-motivated team player ready to jump in and produce quality work in a high-speed production environment. What You'll Do Set up and run bindery equipment (folding, cutting, stitching, and other finishing machines)Follow work orders and setup specs to get jobs done rightLog production data in our MIS systemFollow QC procedures and inspect/confirm work against customer samplesSupport teammates and cross-train in other plant areas as neededWork safely and independently with minimal supervisionReports to the Bindery Manager and Shift Supervisor.
