Art Consultant / Project Manager

Ideal candidate is a mid-career (8+ years in the professional world), goal- oriented team player who is extremely organized, accustomed to using a time management system, is very professional and articulate, and has a proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects and competing deadlines every single day. You have a creative, discerning and talented eye, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: * Taking initial project calls and engaging with clients warmly and professionally * Following all company-specific processes for project intake * Creatively developing artwork ideas and solutions for the client * Developing PowerPoints and other materials to present art and ideas * Creating meeting agendas and leading successful client meetings to achieve goals * Practicing active listening and verbal mirroring to clarify and develop project goals unique to the space * Developing project plan schedules and timelines for deliverables * Site visits and field verification of building details for art plan * Managing artwork installations in live sites * Managing and directing professional installation teams * Interfacing regularly with other design staff, artists, vendors and fabricators * Writing complex and detailed proposals and contracts * Virtually scaling and sizing artwork for the space * Order samples from finish schedules, product research and sourcing * Writing detailed work orders * Scheduling and coordinating installations and needed equipment * Managing commission process and communications between client and artist * Keeping job sheet updated with project status and install dates * Monitoring art production and deliveries to meet installation schedule * Closely working with Principal and designers on multiple project details * Marketing event support and coordination * Maintaining membership and active participation in professional associations Requirements: * Excellent computer skills are a MUST. Open to discussing possible flexible WFH/office with candidates living within 75 miles of our location with the expectation of 2x/week commutes.
