Are you a versatile designer who machetes your way through ambiguity, keeping your eye on the golden temple of clarity off in the distance while creating a path others can follow through the jungle? Then AHA wants to hear from you! AHA is looking for a versatile designer who can: Create effective design content for a wide range of deliverables, including sales collateral, campaign signage, video storyboards, web graphics, infographics and data visualization, strategy presentations and branding guidelines Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships while producing client- ready work Balance stretching creatively with efficiently developing new content within existing templates or approaches Review other designers’ work and provide specific, constructive suggestions Provide valuable contributions to collaborative meetings and work sessions, helping to set creative direction and solve client needs Clearly articulate and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients Present creative work to clients with professionalism and polish Anticipate project needs and proactively design for them Develop expert knowledge of clients and content to help inform project opportunities and nurture client relationships Qualifications: A self-starter, who demonstrates follow through from project initiation to final deliverable 5+ years of design experience, designing for clients or as part of an internal marketing team Strong concepting and collaboration skills Professional portfolio Must be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Google Slides with a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Sketch Video, animation and illustration skills a plus What’s it like to work here?
