Qualifications • Strong design chops in layout, typography, and composition • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Conceptual thinker who can clearly pitch and sell ideas • Solid communicator and collaborator with both teammates and clients • Experience mentoring or leading designers • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing the details • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
