Art Director / Animator (Motion Graphics Designer)

We’re a full-time team of 50+ producers, editors, animators, designers, and directors who’ve seen it all, done it fast, and still find joy in the creative chaos. The Role We’re looking for a seasoned Art Director / Motion Graphics Designer—someone with a sharp eye, a strong hand, and the communication chops to work seamlessly with both clients and producers. What You’ll Do • Concept and design motion graphics and animations for a wide range of video content • Create styleframes, animation tests, and production-ready graphics • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to shape the creative approach • Interpret feedback with clarity, and manage revisions without losing the big picture • Help guide a small internal team and freelancers on visual direction (when needed) • Maintain consistency and polish across visual assets and brand systems What We’re Looking For • A portfolio that shows strong motion design, animation, and design skills • Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D or similar is a bonus) • Clear, thoughtful communicator—great at translating creative ideas into action • Experience in fast-turn environments like broadcast, TV, or digital production • Ability to manage your own deadlines and stay calm when timelines shift • A collaborative mindset and a strong grasp of visual storytelling and typography
