Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in an art director role, overseeing and executing visuals for multi-channel campaigns - A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-driven thinking (not just design execution) with a fun, youthful aesthetic - Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or a related field - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with Workfront (or similar workflow and DAM platforms) is a plus - Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus - Ability to move from abstract idea to clear visual system quickly - High standard of craft across formats (static, motion, digital experiences) - Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative advertising environments - Excellent verbal and written communications and storytelling skills - Strong leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Demonstrated experiences in understanding and upholding brand standards and strong understanding of design principles - Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
