Art Director / Designer

Modern Climate, a Minneapolis-based studio operating on a hybrid schedule, is looking for an Art Director/Designer who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on design across brand identities and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative that stays on brand and on schedule, with a salary range of USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
