Art Director / Graphic Designer

Brinker Design is a full-service marketing and creative agency located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is designed for a senior-level designer who is ready to take the next step into creative leadership while continuing to execute high-quality design work across multiple mediums. Design Execution (Primary Focus) • Execute high-level graphic design work across print, digital, branding, social, web, and campaign assets • Translate creative strategy and brand direction into polished, effective visual solutions • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all client deliverables • Take direct ownership of design projects from concept through production Creative Support & Leadership (Secondary Focus) • Assist the Creative Director in reviewing and refining work produced by other designers • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help elevate overall creative quality • Help ensure creative output aligns with brand standards, strategy, and client objectives • Gradually assume increased creative oversight as skills and confidence grow Location: • Cincinnati, OH 45241 (Required)
