Art Director IV - Visual Design, Branding, Graphic Design

• Work closely with the Creative Leader, serves as a thought partner on projects • Discover, analyze and recommend creative solutions for internal and external applications • Make recommendations that meet the needs of the client, customer, and various internal stakeholders • Enforces creative direction • Formulate and assist in presenting concepts • Ability to adapt when project demands change or increase • Manage design and production of creative • Acts as client creative lead in partnership with other art directors, overseeing all creative direction • Develop clear ideas and concepts based on the creative brief • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas and execute marketing initiatives and strategic positioning • Manage and delegate responsibilities to designers and provide direction • Coordinates and monitors efforts of internal and external production resources to deliver designs • Adheres to Uniteds brand guidelines.
