The last two years have been record breaking and we are looking for a Creative Art Director to help us fullfill production and design for our different areas we distribute to. A Typical Day job functions | Lead the TEAM + Continuous Improvement + Process Efficiency Plan, direct and coordinate artwork to feed the Screenprint and Embroidery departments Work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment Conceptualize and direct graphic development from idea to completion for product launches and line development Continually improve art development through technological advancements and process improvement Work collaboratively with partnering Artist, Operations and Production Managers to ensure adequate workflow and process development Work with Resortwear Line Development to ensure art direction and visual presentation delivers intended result Spend most of the time looking at a computer monitor and using a keyboard and pen with tablet Assist with large customer programs and trades show design planning Skills qualifications | Creative Influence + Eye for Design + Problem- Solving+Great Separator of files Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Illustration or equivalent professional experience Past leadership and supervisory experience is required Ability to work overtime when necessary to complete time sensitive projects You have a significant creative apparel graphic portfolio and an innate creative eye Past experience working in the resort-souvenir market is a plus. Expert proficiency with, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment Familiarity with In Design Must live in or be willing to relocate to Glendale, Arizona area Cognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job: Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
