Art Director/Designer, Performance Creative - Contract

Rate: $55-85 per hour LIFT is looking for an Art Director/Designer II with strong experience in Figma, email/CRM design, and direct mail to join our creative team on a temporary contract. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in digital, CRM, or performance-based environments • Expert-level Figma skills, especially design systems + auto-layout • Strong email and CRM design experience; direct mail experience a plus • Comfortable designing for responsive layouts, accessibility, and production constraints • Organized, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced timelines • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and direct-response design principles Who You Are • A detail-oriented, hands-on designer with strong craft • Someone who can jump into in-progress work and deliver quickly • A positive, solutions-oriented team player • Comfortable working East Coast hours If you're a designer who loves building clean, performance-focused creative across CRM and direct mail, we’d love to see your work.
