Art Director/Graphic Designer

The Art Director is a pivotal creative leadership role responsible for overseeing all artistic aspects of screen-printing, embroidery and promotional product projects, from initial concepts to final production. Client Interaction & Project Management: • Periodically work directly with clients to understand their vision, provide design consultations, and present design concepts. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. • Collaborate with the production team to optimize design processes for efficient and high-quality screen printing. • Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the art department.
