Overview If you need to be chased for deadlines, this isn’t the role. What You’ll Do • Lead creative across multiple client projects simultaneously • Concept and execute campaigns, branding, and day-to-day design work with a creative team • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across projects • Communicate clearly with internal team and clients • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment in all work • Take projects from idea → execution → delivery without gaps • Identify issues early and solve them before they become problems What We’re Looking For • 5+ years experience in graphic design or art direction (agency experience preferred) • Strong portfolio showing both concept and execution in both traditional and digital advertising • Ability to manage multiple projects without constant oversight • High level of organization and follow-through • Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and proactive • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Must have experience using a project management system • Someone who takes ownership, not just direction • Experience working with vendors (printers, etc) Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
