Located in the heart of Knoxville, TN, we are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Gallery Assistant / Design & Marketing Assistant. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily gallery operations and administration • Greet and assist gallery visitors; provide information on artists and exhibitions • Support sales, gift-wrapping, and client communication • Pack and ship artwork professionally and safely • Maintain exhibition spaces and visual merchandising • Help collaborate and execute gallery events and art openings • Create and contribute to digital and print marketing content • Maintain and update gallery website and social media (WordPress experience a plus) • Enter and manage inventory and data • Assist with special projects and installations as needed We’re seeking someone who is genuinely passionate about art and design, and who enjoys engaging with people. Annual Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 (paid hourly, with overtime eligibility)
