We are looking for a talented designer or assistant for an array of art and graphic projects, advertising and design projects, social media and more. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills with a focus on attention to detail. If you have qualifications in any or all of these fields and a flair for art and design this could be a great job for you. Art & Graphic Design, Advertising & Social Media Duties Maintain product images and photos, edit for web, catalog and databases Prepare print materials for press specifications and proof for accuracy Prepare samples of finished layouts and present to supervisor for approval Create design concepts for new and existing product lines Provide proofs to clients and be responsible for on-time production Create compelling content for email blasts and social media to increase client presence Correspond with clients via phone, email, social media, etc Other Duties Data Entry, Customer Service, Filing Administrative Support for General Office Duties Some IT and web/database work Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Qualifications Computer Literate Experience using office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, etc…) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong organizational skills and accountability Experience with Adobe Graphics Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) in a Windows environment Marketing Education or Experience in Internet & Digital Marketing is a plus This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM with some overtime.
