Art Production & Media Manager

The Axxess Card is looking for an experienced Art Production & Media Manager to be a dedicated member of our talented team, working to manage the magical moments of producing our Axxess Print Merchant Directories and other marketing-related projects. Our merchant clients range from restauranteurs to plumbers and it will be the Art Production & Media Manager’s job to ensure a smooth production cycle by managing the flow of creative assets, approval processes, and the graphic design production of the print directories. -Manage the graphic design calendar, deadlines and production timelines in SalesForce -Track art production and design expenditures against the merchant’s ad agreement opportunity in SalesForce -Prepare graphic design files for production, including compressed PDF’s, oversee proofing processes, and coordinate with vendors -Consolidate and organize digital assets and merchant-provided content -Facilitate photo and video documentation of events, and catalog and archive company media assets -Maintain Axxess website and social media accounts -Contribute to team effort by assisting with other aspects of event production as needed -Passion for design and local communities -4+ years of experience in professional marketing, visual media, art design, and print production -Strong organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple roles in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage complex project timelines -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design and communications software tools.
