Articulate Storyline + Graphic Designer - Contractor

This role combines instructional multimedia design, graphic design, and e-learning to produce training materials that engage employees, meet learning objectives, and enhance knowledge retention. Create visually appealing training materials, including presentations, e-learning lessons, infographics, and digital learning assets.Design and develop engaging interactive elements, including quizzes, knowledge checks, simulations, and click-and-reveal activities, using tools such as Articulate Storyline.Apply visual storytelling and instructional design principles to simplify complex concepts and support instructional content.Ensure all learning materials align with the organization’s branding and style guidelines.Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and project stakeholders to gather information, review content, and meet project objectives.Incorporate multimedia elements, including video, audio, and animations, to enhance the learning experience.Design and develop accessible learning materials that adhere to standards such as WCAG.Stay up to date with the latest design tools and e-learning technologies to continuously improve learning experiences.Revise and refine learning materials based on stakeholder feedback.Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360.Advanced graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of visual design, layout, and branding principles.Experience developing interactive e-learning content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Preferred: Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Familiarity with Google Slides.Understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.Experience creating training for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical product environments.Familiarity with bearings, power transmission, or industrial industries is a plus.Education & Experience
