You Will: Design and build high-performing, responsive email templates that are visually consistent with our brand Collaborate with marketing managers to execute email campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals Create email assets,But including headers, icons, illustrations, and animation/motion elements Ensure emails render perfectly across all devices and major email clients Create and test A/B test subject lines, content blocks, and layouts to improve open rates and click-through performance Maintain and evolve our email design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across campaigns Partner with copywriters, developers, and marketing ops to bring concepts to life Analyze performance and recommend design enhancements based on data and testing Support occasional design needs for landing pages, banners, and event communications Maintain a pulse on trends in email marketing, interactivity, and digital design best practices You Have: 4+ years of experience designing and coding email campaigns (B2C and/or B2B) Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with a solid grasp of email design best practices and constraints Hands-on experience with platforms like Litmus, Iterable, or similar ESP tools A mobile-first mindset and experience designing for responsive frameworks Impeccable attention to detail, especially when it comes to typography, layout, and spacing A portfolio that showcases beautiful, effective email campaigns Hybrid in Miami 40-50 per hour pay
