The In Store Artisan will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers trough artistic customization! While working in-store and on the 'Sneaker Maker Tour' you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling. • Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options. • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service. • Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).
