Contemporary Artist searching for a paid assistant. Approx 10-20 hours a week (potentially more). Requirements include but are not limited to: -having a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!! -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) -Detail-oriented and highly organized -Honest and Trustworthy -self starter Responsibilities. \\- general administrative duties, \\- Simple production tasks \\- Responding to sales inquiries \\- Social media management \\- Social media Advertising / influencer research \\- Marketing Email Campaigns \\- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital archives of work \\- Building outreach database / research and data entry \\- Mangment of art sites \\- website management Proficient use of the following required: -Squarespace -Photoshop -Deep social media Knowledge, Experience with instagram (Stories, IGTV, Ads, audience build, etc) -Pinterest -Google docs -Mailchimp -Solid graphic design skills -SEO skills not required, but would be helpful Looking for a minimum of a 3 month commitment.
