An interest in using AI tools to streamline creative workflows is welcomed.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPhotograph and edit product and lifestyle imagery for use across digital and print platformsAdapt and design visual assets across multiple formats, including social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, and web contentCreate compelling product lifestyle images using Photoshop and emerging AI technologiesEdit and produce short-form video content for brand storytelling, product features, and campaign materialsEnsure consistent brand identity across all visual assets, sourcing or creating lifestyle imagery that aligns with the brand’s voice and aestheticProduce e-commerce graphics and videos optimized for product detail pages and promotional contentSupport digital asset management by maintaining well-organized libraries, consistent file naming, and accurate metadataPerform batch image processing to prepare files efficiently for web and printBuild strong visual rhythm and narrative flow across both still and motion contentBalance multiple projects simultaneously, from quick-turn production needs to longer creative initiativesReceive and implement feedback effectively, adapting workflow as neededDevelop banner graphics, GIFs, video ads, and product spotlights to support digital advertising and email campaignsCreate branded presentations for retail and partner-facing communicationsMaintain an open mindset toward learning and integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and creativityRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After EffectsSkilled in photo editing with a strong eye for color, composition, lighting, and detailExperience working in the home decor/design product development industryExperienced in video editing: trimming, color correction, transitions, and basic motion graphicsWorking knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for asset planning, presentations, and internal reportingProficient in Figma, with experience in collaborative design systems, layout creation, and workflowsStrong understanding of social media design best practices, including dimensions, trends, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)Experience in storyboarding content for social and digital campaigns, translating ideas into clear visual sequencesAbility to create and adapt assets across multiple formats, social posts, carousels, reels, stories, email graphics, and digital adsStrong sense of visual storytelling, rhythm, and pacing across both still and motion contentSharp eye for layout, typography, and brand cohesionExperience creating consistent, high-quality imagery and video content for e-commerce platformsProficiency in digital asset management, maintaining well-organized libraries with consistent file naming and metadataAbility to efficiently manage batch image processing with precision and speedWillingness to explore and integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and creative outputOrganized, self-directed, and capable of handling multiple fast-paced projectsReceptive to feedback, with the ability to adjust designs quickly as needs evolveTeam-oriented, flexible, and ready to take on new projects or support shifting prioritiesIn-office position (5-day work week);
