Do you want to be part of a creative company? This person will take ownership of incoming client orders, update Shopify storefronts, assist in sourcing custom merchandise or promotional items, and support the sales team with invoicing and light account management duties and the design team to avoid bottle necks. Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in customer service, sales support, or graphic design • Familiarity with Shopify, Zoho (Inventory/Books/CRM), or similar tools • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously • Creative problem-solver with initiative to get things done • Comfortable with design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) • Ability to travel.
