Assistant Apparel Graphics Designer, US Sports

Support the design team in creating market-right apparel offerings that reflect adidas' brand identity and performance standards. • Assist in developing creative solutions for individual apparel products • Execute design work aligned with adidas' visual language and corporate identity • Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings to communicate design intent • Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure smooth product realization • Support communication flow between design and cross-functional partners • Verbally present product ideas and details in team meetings • Visualize concepts clearly for internal reviews and external stakeholders • Help maintain efficient workflows and documentation across the design process • Participate in seasonal design reviews and product development checkpoints • Seasonal prep and research • Works closely with Development to assist in development process & costing; meet development timelines and calendar deadlines per seasonal milestone. Knowledge, skills & abilities: • Knowledge of fashion and/or industrial design, especially apparel and graphic design • Strong communication skills • High level of creativity and attention to detail • Ability to understand design concepts and think conceptually • Ability to create designs that meet category needs and commercial opportunities • Ability to operate in a fast pace, ever changing work environment • Works well in a team environment. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: • Diploma, BA, MA, in Design (Fashion, Industrial, or related field) • Thorough knowledge of art and design with clear understanding of visual design or any design related environment • Preferably some practical experience in a design environment (internships or freelance) • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree Hold yourself and others accountable to our company's standards.
