About the position

In this role, you will assist in creating compelling original prints, patterns and graphics.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of seasonal art conceptsWork with Design to develop concept board art needs for milestone meetingsApply seasonal results of color, print and pattern to future artSet up production-ready artwork within areas of responsibilityGenerate all post-production art and colorway revisionsAdditional tasks may be assignedRequirements

College degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Illustration or related fieldProficiency in Adobe IllustratorFamiliar with Photoshop and NedgraphicsAbility to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” SectionAbility to comply with dress code requirementsBasic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operationAbility to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the companyAbility to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelinesAbility to give direction and to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnelAbility to work as part of a team and interact effectively and appropriately with othersAbility to maintain composure and work in a fast paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframesAbility to satisfactorily complete company training programsAbility to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business unitsAbility to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely mannerPerform work in accordance with the Physical/Cognitive Requirements sectionAbility to discern colorNice-to-haves
