\\- Assist with conference help‐desk operations including day‐to‐day technical support and troubleshooting for conference staff network, hardware, and software needs. \\- Assist in the administration of conference network/server including maintenance. \\- Assist with communications and media preparations for the Annual Conference and other events. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: \\- Experience with computer networks, Active Directory, Office 365, email administration, database architecture, and level one technical support. \\- Conducts job duties with the highest level of professionalism \\- Must possess strong Christian faith/values, a strong desire to serve others and the ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture of the Rio Texas Conference and conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles.
