This person reports to and provides administrative support for the General Manager of the School while helping to maintain the integrity expected from a top-tier private music school. Primary Duties: Scheduling Oversight Handle complex scheduling for busy music school Schedule and lead trials/tours for prospective students and parents. Greet, check-in and look after students Answers phones, field inquiries, and respond to/follow up on automated internet leads via Zendesk, email, etc. Ordering school Supplies Relationships with service providers Phone Internet Cleaning services Special projects and reporting Local School Marketing Maintenance of School’s internet presence Maintenance of social media for the school Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Facebook) Graphic design knowledge and experience a huge plus (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
