ASSISTANT GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Assistant Graphic Designer should maintain design skills with strong understanding of typography, industry design standards, and social media best-practices. Actively participate in brand meetings to verify that all creative elements align with the brand’s guidelines and requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate brand standards into all creative materials.Ensure that visual assets, messaging, and design choices maintain consistency with the brand’s identity.Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas for design projects.Undertake special creative projects for brands as assigned by the manager.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (in design field a plus)2-3 years' experience in graphic design or related field Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorAfter Effects and motion design a plusA strong understanding of layout, typography, shape, and color work is required.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate are necessary.Ability to be flexible, open-minded, and comfortable with constructive feedback.
