Assistant Graphic Designer

San Francisco - East Bay TalentoHC has partnered with a fast growing and mission driven consumer goods company with sustainable and on-trend products to find a highly motivated Assistant Graphic Designer with strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Design Director, the Assistant Graphic Designer is a key member of a small design team in a high-growth environment. • Assist in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, layouts and graphics for various projects • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts and execute designs • Provide support to graphic designers by assisting with design tasks, preparing files for production and conducting research as needed • Manage the design team files and records documentation, such as creative briefs, art files, checklists and samples, ensuring files are properly labeled and accessible to team members • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress and report status updates to the different teams • Conduct thorough reviews of prototypes and samples to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements • Address revisions or feedback provided by clients or other teams in a timely manner About Talento Human Capital (TalentoHC):
