Assistant Graphic Designer

Red Star Merchandise is an established, thriving, and growing music merchandise company seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to join our team. The Assistant Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts based on client needs and brand standards, selecting colors, fonts, and other design elements to creatively communicate concepts, collaborating with the Art Director as well as Account Managers, and clients to create one of a kind designs, adhering to deadlines, and providing designs and art edits that comply with our creative standards. Core Responsibilities (include the following, but are not limited to): Qualifications: 2+ years design experience Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Ability to work well within a team and across departments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Committed to excellence and highly detail oriented Positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment Passion for the music industry, apparel graphics, and fashion A strong desire to learn and a drive for continuous growth
