Assistant Graphics Specialist

The Administrative & Graphic Design Assistant provides support to the business owner by handling basic graphic design tasks, performing general administrative duties, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Assist the company owner with day-to-day tasks and priorities Help coordinate projects and follow up on action items Handle miscellaneous duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly Serve as a reliable point of support across departments or functions Basic graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role Experience working in a small business or supporting an executive/owner Basic knowledge of print production Small business setting with a collaborative and hands-on approach Role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist where and when needed
