This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small business setting.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design SupportAssist with floor plans and mockups for store design/planningCreate and update simple marketing materials such as signage, visual merchandising/displays, print and digital graphics, and presentations.Make minor edits to existing designs, including resizing, formatting, and text/image updatesEnsure designs follow established brand guidelinesPrepare digital files for print, production or online/digital use as neededPerform basic photo editing or image cleanup for use on marketing materials or product designAdministrative DutiesPerform general administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, filing, and document organizationMaintain digital and physical recordsSupport basic office operations and special projects as assignedOwner & Operations SupportAssist the company owner with day-to-day tasks and prioritiesHelp coordinate projects and follow up on action itemsHandle miscellaneous duties as needed to keep operations running smoothlyServe as a reliable point of support across departments or functionsQualificationsBasic graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred (But Not Required)Prior experience in an administrative or assistant roleExperience working in a small business or supporting an executive/ownerBasic knowledge of print productionSmall business setting with a collaborative and hands-on approachRole requires flexibility and a willingness to assist where and when needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
