Assistant Print Designer

Roller Rabbit is seeking an Assistant Print Designer who specializes in print and pattern design. This role requires a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of the Roller Rabbit brand identity. • Design seasonal prints, graphics, and embroidery artworks across all categories with a focus on casuals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction • Research trends, concepts, and color to support seasonal storytelling and innovation across product categories • Develop print repeats and pitch sheets to guide factories and vendors from development through production • Communicate with factories and across teams to achieve correct color-matching and a high-quality product • Support development of graphics and prints for partnerships, collaborations, store exclusives, and other special projects • Render CADs for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings • Maintain organization of strike-offs, design archives, and seasonal assets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow
