Faculty responsibilities and essential functions with respect to research may include but are not limited to: research/creative activity that generates new knowledge and/or synthesizes and/or integrates existing knowledge, publication, an on-going agenda for research, scholarly, and creative activity, and are expected to seek extramural support for their work. The Department of Art & Art History is seeking an innovative researcher and experienced teacher to contribute in a leading role to a new online Graphic Design program, which will be delivered alongside our BFA in Graphic Design program. Minimum Required Education/Experience Requirements: • Master’s degree in Graphic Design, or a terminal degree in a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education. in Graphic Design or closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education • 1-3 years of successful experience teaching at the postsecondary level in the graphic design or arts field • 1-3 years of successful experience teaching at the postsecondary level in online or hybrid formats • Demonstrated experience in course or curriculum development
