UWSP's Graphic Design (GD) program is part of an established NASAD accredited program in a School of Design and Communication (SDC) within a College of Fine Arts & Communication (COFAC). We are seeking designers with an MFA or equivalent degree who have interest in teaching GD curriculum throughout the School of Design and Communication. The candidate should be able teach at all levels of the Graphic Design program with specific strengths in some combination of the following: design foundations, typography, branding, marketing, promotions, public relations, copywriting, social media practice, illustration, book arts, time-based work, environmental graphic design, wayfinding, information design, publication and package design, user experience and user interface, augmented reality, current and emerging digital platforms and entrepreneurial approaches. Along with the prioritized 4 /4 teaching load, service and on-going scholarship is expected, concurrent with the teaching load.
