Brochelle Vineyards is a small family-owned and operated winery and we are looking for a magical unicorn - a unique candidate who is multi-faceted, will work alongside of us, and be an integral part of growing our company within all aspects of our business. Our goal has always been to provide unrivaled hospitality to our guests, and through the years, we have made every effort to continually redefine the winery visitor experience. As our Assistant, you will close sales and sign up new Wine Club Members like a seasoned ninja without the guests even thinking they are being sold to. We reward your sales performance with monthly sales bonuses, commissions on Club Memberships, and tips are included on our point of sale for the customer to reward your amazing hospitality. This is a unique opportunity, as working for a smaller winery your options are limitless in your trajectory with us.
