This individual will work closely with the Creative Lead to develop brand assets that enhance customer engagement and maintain brand consistency.This is a hands-on design role, requiring proficiency in graphic layout, UX/UI principles, and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Design & Brand DevelopmentCreate evergreen and campaign-specific brand assets for website, email, print collateral, and in-store materials.Support organic social media and paid digital advertising through engaging and on-brand asset development.Assist in creating in-store merchandising directives.Maintain visual consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.Assist in creative concepting, pulling references, and contributing to brand storytelling initiatives.Edit and retouch photos and videos for use across digital and social channels.Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the marketing team and creative leadership to ensure assets are on-brand, aligned with project briefs, and delivered on time.Communicate timelines, specifications, and design needs effectively with stakeholders.Balance independent work and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring efficiency across multiple projects.Participate in creative reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to refine designs.Project Management & Technical ExpertiseManage multiple timelines and deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Optimize designs for responsive digital experiences, considering UX/UI best practices.Analyze and report on creative performance, refining future designs based on engagement metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in a DTC e-commerce brand or agency setting.Strong portfolio demonstrating success in retail marketing, digital advertising, and brand storytelling.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects preferred) and Figma.Basic understanding of responsive, UX/UI design.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze creative effectiveness to support marketing goals.Motion design and illustration skills are a plus but not required.Why This Role?This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven designer to contribute to a legacy fashion brand while honing digital and print design skills.
