The UPS Store is seeking smart, reliable, and trustworthy sales associate for our West Sacramento location to work between 30-35hours/week (must be able to work some Saturdays). This is a customer experience centered job which also involves package handling and document services. The UPS Store provides shipping & packaging services, copying service, fax service, mailbox rentals, document services, notary service, Live Scan Fingerprinting, passport photos, office supplies and more. Process shipping for customers using The UPS Store computer software system. -- Must be able to work every other weekend (with some flexibility) -- Active Notary License is preferred, but not required -- Be customer service oriented with experience in up-selling and cross-selling skills -- Interact and engage with customers -- Shipping & packing experience is preferred -- Document Services and Graphic design experience is preferred -- Work quickly and effectively in a computer centered environment -- Pass a Dept.
