Associate Art Director

Overview: This role supports the visual direction and production of a monthly magazine and related brand initiatives, including editorial layouts, photoshoots, and event materials. The position collaborates closely with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality design across print and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute story ideas and editorial planning. Qualifications: • An appreciation for Indianapolis and its stories • Strong editorial design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
