Director, Brand & Creative Strategy This role requires a very strong creative background with skills in digital design, creative problem solving, social content, fashion advertising and marketing. • Education: Bachelors or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field • Experience: 3-5 years in graphic or web design • Expert user of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign, with AfterEffects a bonus • Experience designing digital marketing content is preferred with a strong understanding of best practices in typography, style guides, color theory, etc. • Dedicated interest in fashion/retail marketing, branding, and art direction • Polished, professional and mature • Motivated self-starter • Organized and attentive to detail • Confident and comfortable presenter, or willingness to grow in this area • Resourceful and solutions-oriented • Strong visual sense of color, composition and typography and knowledge of how to work within a brand style guide • Passion to keep up with latest trends in creative content, social media, photography, etc. Marie Oliver is a boutique women’s fashion brand offering seasonal collections rooted in artisanal prints, silhouettes that define, and color palettes that explore complementary plays.
