Build and maintain tech packs, track and organize samples, and check production against specCreate design mockups for our custom sweater program in PhotoshopSupport fit sessions and help process fit commentsHandle routine factory follow-ups on sampling and approvalsAssist with photo editing for product and marketing imageryGrow into concept sketching, CADs, direct factory communication, and independent ownership of a category over timeWhat we're looking for 2-4 years of apparel design or technical design experienceProficiency in Illustrator and PhotoshopComfortable with tech packs, spec sheets, and garment measurementSolid sketching fundamentals with room to grow toward construction-accurate, realistic sketchingAble to work independently on process-driven tasksKnitwear or children's apparel experience a plusCompensation: Commensurate with experience
