Associate Designer – Apparel Graphics & Craft

Attend weekly handoff meetings to receive project briefs for artwork and tech pack developmentCreate original artwork, layouts, and colorways using traditional techniques and digital toolsDevelop graphic and embellishment layouts and colorway optionsCollaborate with the color team to align designs with specific palettesWork with product development and technical designers on costing and file setupGenerate CADs communicating print placements on garmentsCreate technical packages for artwork vendors and factoriesReview strike-offs to ensure proper executionExecute the seasonal textile vision for graphics and craft with the Senior Designer and Design DirectorParticipate in seasonal trend processes and provide structured design insightsMonitor fashion trends in graphics, craft, prints, and colorCollaborate with design and buying teams on graphic and embellishment needsManage daily email correspondence with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partnersTrack development progress and organize bought samplesMaintain an organized workspace and file folders with clear naming conventionsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Graphic Design, textiles, fibers, or similar discipline preferred3–5 years related industry experience preferredAbility to work on site at the Home Office in Philadelphia, PA 4–5 days per weekProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Fresco, NedGraphics, and Office 365Enthusiasm and experience with AI platforms for creative exploration a plusProven expertise in apparel graphic, embellishment, and textile designStrong hand-drawing/painting skills and digital rendering abilitiesPassion for surface design and trend forecastingExcellent communication skills, with a flexible and positive attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong deadline managementAbility to produce clear, concise tech packsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in apparel graphic, embellishment, and textile design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong hand-drawing skills.
